The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. Another great feature was the small supper area next to the lobby, perfect for a quick bite. The location was ideal, close to public transport and just a short walk into the downtown area.

The only drawback was the slippery bottom of the bathtub. It would have been helpful to have a rubber mat or some kind of grip to prevent accidents.

Convenient location near transportation, grocery stores, and shopping district. Tea and coffee provided in room, comfortable bed and functioning heater. Larger room with enough space for two people and pets. Free city pass available. Strong WiFi on 3rd floor. Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast with fresh and customizable options.

A wonderful experience at Spalentor! My room was facing a bustling street, but the windows effectively muffled the noise. The location near a city gate was ideal, with easy access to the train station. The front-desk staff was friendly and accommodating.

On arrival, I was delighted with my upgraded comfort room with everything I needed, including a Nespresso machine. Although I didn't use it, the hotel provides free city transport pass.

The location was excellent, close to the historic district and within walking distance of multiple restaurants. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable, with soft mattresses and pillows. The hotel offered a great breakfast buffet, and I particularly appreciated the card they provided for free transportation. The staff were helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.

This hotel is in an ideal location with great transport links to all parts of the city, including the old town. The trolley stop is right outside the door, and it's easy to get to the two central train stations in town. The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom, and the breakfast was great.
